The Target Software Support Center (TSSC) is a dedicated software and technology services group that exists for the sole purpose of supporting and enhancing the experience of Target SFA software users.

Focusing on customer-service and offering a refreshingly simple, efficient, and integrated approach to the practice of end user support, the TSSC provides Target SFA customers with:

• Help desk services
• Hardware and software asset management
• Data management and integration services
• Initial and on-going SFA project support
• Training and documentation services
• Hosting and connectivity
• Software compliance validation

The TSSC benefits Target SFA customers by having ready access to the knowledge base of all Target SFA resources. Being located within Target Software's headquarters also allows the TSSC personnel to have direct dialogue with the software engineers and product managers, adding that extra level of support not often found within internal or outsourced help desks.
