Target Mobile clearly indicates a practitioner's state license validation status with a stoplight metaphor. Red means "no Rx sampling", Green means "sampling permitted", and Yellow means "one sample drop allowed" (if enabled). Target Mobile will not allow sampling to those prescribers marked with a red light.
