Territory Realignments

Territory alignment needs are unique to every sales force and realignments must be handled accurately and without disrupting the productivity of the sales force. Target SFA has the ability to import external territory alignment files and perform real-time realignments.

Target SFA supports alignments by territory and/or by account, and historic alignment information is always visible in the application. Sales Managers can perform individual zip code alignments as well as allowing a sales representative to add a professional in their SFA device.

The alignment of a new professional to a sales rep's territory occurs during data synchronization and to request that the new professional be declared as a 'Target', the rep can use the Action Item feature to make this request of management.

Target SFA effortlessly allows the reassignment of a sales rep's territory on a permanent or even temporary basis. It's very simple to do this using the Job History and Professional-specific alignment tools. Only a few minutes are needed and there is no disruption of the field sales devices.
