Script & Demographics
Gathering demographics on Physicians from the field is of prime importance to any mobile sales force. Target Mobile provides sales representatives with unique features such as the Professional Profiling, Study Questions, and Action Items facilities for a variety of field-feedback purposes. These facilities all provide a structured approach for capturing and reporting an unlimited number of product, service, therapeutic, and demographic attributes of professionals and their patients.
Target Mobile's Professional Class Definitions and formalized multi-category ranking features provide the ability to rank and segment physicians by potential, demographics, sales history, or other data elements of your choosing. The ability to rank, segment, and select doctors on categories for inclusion in various marketing campaigns and promotions is also supported.
The Target SFA sales data model can accommodate the presentation of unlimited sales data for any defined periods, competing products, product categories, and / or data types.
Data from a wide variety of internal (corporate home office) and external sources (e.g., IMS Health, NDC, Cardinal Health, internal ERP systems, etc.) can be maintained, updated and presented for immediate viewing by a sales rep. Data analytics can be included as well and Target SFA has the ability to integrate 3rd Party data with customer data.
Target BackOffice provides an IMS Health data import facility that is configured and customized for each client. 2-way feeds to implement professional state license validation (using IMS, Phoenix, MedPro, or NDC as your provider) are also supported providing your sales force the data they need, when they need it.
