Target SFA is designed to fit nicely into the complex multi-platform IT infrastructure that is common at most corporations. The Target Integration Manager (TIM) offers enterprise integration tools for seamless back-end batch integration. TIM allows Target BackOffice to cleanly interface with other corporate systems without expecting the other corporate systems to store Target BackOffice keys or provide and receive feeds in specific formats. TIM takes on the complex interface processing tasks so your other systems don't have to.

The Microsoft .NET based sync architecture also provides unprecedented opportunities for interfacing with internal systems and outside service providers in real time while field sales reps are synchronizing. Target Software is currently working on several initiatives that take advantage of this unique architecture with first-class providers like IMS Health and Phoenix Marketing Group. This architecture can also be used to keep various enterprise systems in sync with the sales force in real time and push requests from the sales force directly to other fulfillment and processing systems.
