Target Integration Manager is special batch-oriented technology developed to allow for easy integration of Target BackOffice with your other critical internal systems. The Target Integration Manager (TIM) can accept incoming data feeds and can produce outgoing feeds in any format compatible with your existing systems. The design goal of TIM is to take on all the difficult data interfacing and transformation tasks, eliminating the hassles of marrying Target SFA technology into your company's existing IT infrastructure.
Simple, reliable and fault tolerant, TIM is implemented in an automated fashion as a standalone, self managed tool.
- TIM allows Target BackOffice to automatically interface with both commercial and homegrown systems
- TIM does not require the storage of Target BackOffice database keys in the other corporate systems
- TIM does not need a specific format when receiving your data feeds
- TIM handles the details of IMPORTING feeds from your systems into Target BackOffice
- TIM handles the details of EXTRACTING data feeds from Target BackOffice back to your other systems
- TIM is also useful for building your Corporate data warehouse with flattened Target SFA data
