Target Software Readies for A Successful Future Announcing Two Promotions and Two Additions To Staff

Allentown, PA ? July 24, 2002 ? Target Software, Inc.?s CEO, Ted Rosenberger, announced the promotion of two employees to key positions within the organization. Joe Hadfield is the new Chief Operating Officer and Dave Yurasits becomes the Vice President of Strategic Solutions. Rosenberger also announced his new additions to sales and marketing. Jamie Kostura becomes the new Vice President of Sales and John P. Jason has joined as the Vice President of Pharmaceutical Solutions.

Joe Hadfield has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer at Target Software, Inc. (www.targetsoftware.com) of Allentown, PA. In this new role as COO, Hadfield will be accountable for customer, employee, and senior management satisfaction with each project Target Software undertakes, while ensuring profitability by carefully monitoring each project throughout its entire lifecycle. Hadfield joined Target Software in 1996, coming from Wyeth Labs (of Radnor, PA) and has been key to the growth and profitability of the company by applying his years of consulting and software development experience in human resource and financial systems. Since joining Target, Hadfield has successfully performed in numerous positions within the company including Senior Software Engineer, Project Manager, and most recently Director of Database Solutions. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Science from Temple University and a Masters of Business Administration with a special concentration in Information Systems from Saint Joseph's University, Philadelphia, PA.

Dave Yurasits has been promoted to Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Target Software, Inc. (www.targetsoftware.com) of Allentown, PA. In this new role, Yurasits will be a key weapon in helping Target Software to define the strategic direction of the company's highest profile projects involving emerging technologies and vital new clients. His skills and experience will be utilized in all aspects of these strategic projects including opportunity analysis, application design, development, rollout and support. Yurasits joined Target Software in 1993 and has been instrumental in the success of the company by applying his software development and business experience in the pharmaceutical, subscription management, and public utility industries. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Lehigh University.

Jamie Kostura has joined Target Software, Inc. (www.targetsoftware.com) of Allentown, PA as Vice President of Sales. Kostura will be driving new business while growing Target Software's custom and commercial software development practices. Most recently, Kostura served at IGCN, Inc. of Easton, PA as an Account Executive since 1998. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Temple University and brings a wealth of experience to Target Software from industries including Internet software development, electronics manufacturing, and energy services consulting.

John P. Jason has joined Target Software, Inc. (www.targetsoftware.com) of Allentown, PA as Vice President of Pharmaceutical Solutions. Jason?s responsibility focuses on the launch, marketing and sales efforts behind Target SFA, Target Software?s new entry into the sales force automation market and other custom software applications within the pharmaceutical industry. His experience spans over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, on both the manufacturer and service sides, in marketing, advertising, marketing research, consulting and, most recently, marketing and sales support services. Jason graduated Rutgers University, College of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Pharmacy and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Seton Hall University Graduate School of Business.
