Alamo Pharmaceuticals to Deploy Sales Force Automation Suite

Allentown, PA, July 22, 2004 - Alamo Pharmaceuticals, LLC today announced that it has signed an agreement with Target Software to implement the Target SFA pharmaceutical sales force automation suite. Target SFA will become Alamo Pharmaceuticals' complete sales information management solution. Alamo Pharmaceuticals' new national sales force will promote FazacloTM (clozapine, USP) orally disintegrating tablets, indicated for the management of severely ill patients with refractory schizophrenia who fail to respond adequately to standard drug treatment.

Alamo Pharmaceuticals' sales representatives will manage their day-to-day activities using Target Mobile, Target Software's ultra-portable mobile sales solution. PDA's running Windows Mobile 2003 will be utilized in the field. Target Mobile's on-device route planning, healthcare professional profiling, call management, supply ordering, sales reporting, and script data presentation features will all be leveraged to maximize rep effectiveness.

At the home office, Alamo Pharmaceuticals will implement the Target BackOffice CRM backend and integrate it with a variety of internal systems using TIM, Target Software's active integration technology. Alamo Pharmaceuticals sales operations and senior management will leverage the more than 200 reports provided within Target BackOffice's management reporting facility.

Alamo Pharmaceuticals sales managers will utilize Target Mobile Sales Management Edition, Target Software's real time sales empowerment tool. Managers use this tool for proactively monitoring and coaching sales representatives to maximize sales force performance.
