Target Software Support Center Offers Complete Customer Care
Allentown, PA, June 21, 2004 - Target Software today announced that it has expanded its Allentown, Pennsylvania headquarters to accommodate its outsourced service offerings. The new Target Software Support Center (TSSC) provides help desk, hardware asset management, hosting, and electronic data management services to Target Software's rapidly expanding pharmaceutical client base.
"Many of our early Target SFA clients operate and support Target SFA as an internal enterprise application", states Jim Gardner, Chief Operating Officer of Target Software. "However, we have grown to the point that it is also important for our company to offer the full range of support services for those companies preferring to outsource some or all of their sales IT operations. The addition of the Target Software Support Center completes our full service offering and most of our recent clients have chosen to utilize some or all of our outsourced support services."

All Target Software customers have access to the proprietary Target CaseTrackerTM web site, which allows for both submitting and monitoring the resolution of all help desk cases. Target CaseTracker also provides a searchable knowledge base to complement the support services offered by live operators.
