Ted Rosenberger






Education:

Ted holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Lafayette College and an M.S.E. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania.


President & CEO

Ted Rosenberger co-founded Target Software in 1991 after working for several Fortune 500 companies. A software engineer by trade, Ted personally authored several award-winning business software applications early in his career at Target Software. As the company grew and began to focus on building solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, Ted developed a deep understanding of the information technology challenges faced by pharmaceutical sales organizations of all sizes. For several years, Ted focused most of his time on designing and delivering specialized pharmaceutical CRM and sample management solutions for pharmaceutical clients. By 1999, Ted identified the need for a superior sales force automation solution and formed the team that would design and build the SFA solution known as Target Mobile.

In his current role, Ted oversees Target Software's sales, finance and legal teams. Ted also continues to influence the technical design and evolution of the Target SFA suite. Outside of work, Ted is an experienced commercial pilot who flies his own twin engine aircraft.






Jim Gardner






Education:

Jim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.


Chief Operating Officer

Since co-founding Target Software in 1991, Jim has been responsible for overseeing all of Target Software's R&D activities. A seasoned software engineer, Jim has spent much of his career at Target Software evaluating and implementing the software engineering and database technologies used to develop Target Software's products. Jim personnally developed the innovative XML-based synchronization technology used throughout the Target SFA suite.

Currently, Jim oversees all operations at Target Software, including implementations, support services, IT, R&D and Quality Assurance. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and skiing.






Beth Schoen






Education:

Beth holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College, and a Master of Arts from Columbia University. She earned her J.D., with honors, from Boston University School of Law.


Executive Vice President
& General Counsel


As Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Beth Schoen manages Target Software's legal department. Her responsibilities include drafting and negotiating license agreements and other contracts, as well as overseeing intellectual property issues, employment practices, and other legal matters on behalf of the company. Beth also serves as Corporate Secretary and assists in many other arenas at the executive level.

Beth has more than a decade of corporate law and transactional experience working for a number of prestigious law firms in the Boston and Philadelphia areas, including Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, Sullivan & Worcester and Krokidas & Bluestein. She is a member of the bar in the Commonwealths of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. She has handled all stages of many commercial transactions, including real estate acquisitions, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, municipal bond financing transactions, and technology transfer transactions. Her experience includes representation of large-scale, publicly traded companies, middle market entities, and small start-up companies.






John Jason






Education:

Mr. Jason graduated Rutgers University, College of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Pharmacy and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Seton Hall University Graduate School of Business.


Vice President - Marketing

John P. Jason is Vice President - Marketing of Target Software, Inc. His responsibility focuses on the launch, marketing and sales efforts behind Target SFA, Target Software's entry into the sales force automation market and other custom software applications within the pharmaceutical industry. His experience spans nearly 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, on both the manufacturer and service sides, in marketing, advertising, marketing research, consulting and, most recently, marketing and sales support services. His past responsibilities included sales and operations management for sample accountability and reconciliation services involving both common carrier fulfillment and field sales representatives sampling and inventory activities.

In addition to his sales and marketing activities Mr. Jason is also a Target Mobile Trainer, Target Mobile Training Facilitator, Target SFA Validation Tester, and author of the Target Mobile User Manual and Target Software Guide to Your Pocket PC.

Mr. Jason co-presented "Achieving Sample Accountability Using Various Technology Platforms" at the Barnett International Sample Accountability Conference in March 2003.






Sam Horton






Education:

Senior Director, Analysis and Reporting

Sam L. Horton is Senior Director, Analysis and Reporting at Target Software. Mr. Horton has twenty years of business intelligence, DSS and EIS management experience including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, finance, sales, and marketing. In his current role, Mr. Horton is responsible for engaging clients to deliver both the A&R products and consulting services to help capstone SFA rollout. With six time-tested products containing over three hundred reports and automated electronic delivery, Mr. Horton's group leverages the vast array of Target SFA and BackOffice data warehouses to provide reporting for all facets of the pharmaceutical organization. From incentive compensation, exception management, market impacts, rosters and real-time on-hand sample inventory to reach/frequency and complex ad hoc analytics delivered to the field, Target Software is constantly adding content and features to boost ROI.

In addition to his Analysis and Reporting role at Target Software, Mr. Horton is also a Target SFA Validation Tester and author of the firm's Software Development Lifecycle.

Prior to joining Target Software in 2000, Mr. Horton led the global EIS for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Mr. Horton has presented at various DSS symposia and EIS conferences, has served as President of the LV Association of Information Technology Professionals and is actively involved in coaching soccer and the BSA.






Dave Yurasits






Education:

Dave earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University in 1991 and a Masters in Business Administration from Lehigh University in 1993.


Senior Director, Enterprise Solutions

David M. Yurasits is the Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions at Target Software. Mr. Yurasits joined Target Software in 1994 as a software engineer. During his career with Target Software, Dave developed a wide range of analysis, design, engineering, technical support and project management skills, with particular focus on client-server solutions. For the past 9 years, he has focused on building specialized IT solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Dave was instrumental in the development of both Target BackOffice and the Windows-based editions of Target Mobile. He has also served as the project manager for complex Target SFA implementations.

In his current capacity, Mr. Yurasits heads the team responsible for the development of the Windows-based components of the Target SFA suite which is comprised of Target BackOffice and the tablet, notebook, and laptop editions of Target Mobile. In addition to his product development responsibilities, Mr. Yurasits provides pre-sales support to Target Software's sales and marketing team, Target BackOffice and Target Mobile training to clients, as well as Target BackOffice level 3 support both internally and externally.






Mike Baca






Education:

Vice President - Client Services

Michael A. Baca is Vice President, Client Services at Target Software. He has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology arena, with eight of those years dedicated to developing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Baca began his career at Air Products and Chemicals before leaving the company to start Logical View, Inc., a software development and consulting firm. Mr. Baca joined Target Software permanently in 2003 as a key member of the Target Mobile Manager development team before moving into technical client liaison roles with increasing responsibility.

In his current capacity, Mr. Baca is responsible for achieving and maintaining customer statisfaction through effective account management, careful data stewardship, customer education and internal process improvement. Mr. Baca has presented at various symposia and conferences and has served as editor of two IT industry newsletters. In addition, he has been an adjunct professional of Information Systems for the Wescoe School of Muhlenberg College since February 2000.






Mike Sywensky






Education:

Director of Web Solutions

Michael W. Sywensky is the Director of Web Solutions at Target Software.

He has over thirteen years of experience designing and building web, client/server, and stand-alone solutions for the financial, healthcare, retail, and pharmaceutical industries. Since joining Target Software in 2003, Mr. Sywensky's primary focus has been the design and implementation of all web touch points within the Target SFA Suite. In addition to leading the Web Solutions team at Target Software, his other duties include training clients in using Target Mobile and Target Mobile Sales Manager and providing level 3 phone support.

Prior to joining Target Software, Mr. Sywensky was a Technical Lead at a Regional Internet technology services firm focused on the development of eHealthcare and web-based content management software products. He also spent seven years at Wilmington Trust as a key member of the Online Banking, Wealth Management, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) development teams.







Jonathan Burns






Education:

Jon holds a combined B.S. in Business Management & Information Systems from Seton Hall University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.


Senior Director, Mobile Solutions

Jonathan S. Burns is Senior Director, Mobile Solutions at Target Software. Jon was responsible for the initial authoring and development of the flagship Pocket PC edition of Target Mobile and currently leads the team of engineers behind this best-of-breed mobile pharmaceutical sales platform.

Jon has held roles of increasing responsibility during his tenure at Target Software and is presently responsible for overseeing all mobile software development activities as well as providing ongoing maintenance and enhancements for Target Software's extensive list of pharmaceutical clients. Jon continually evaluates cutting-edge mobile hardware, software and peripherals to assure Target Mobile's continued support of innovative new technologies in the rapidly evolving mobile marketplace.

Prior to joining Target Software, Mr. Burns worked in in the finance department of a leading billion dollar retailer, assisting with process reorganization and IT projects in addition to regular finance and accounting responsibilities.






Joe Hadfield






Education:

Joe holds a BBA in Computer Information Science from Temple University and an M.B.A from Saint Joseph's University


Director of Strategic Initiatives

Joe worked as a software analyst in the information systems group at Wyeth Laboratories prior to joining Target Software in 1996. At Target Software, Joe has held a wide variety of technical and administrative positions of increasing responsibility, many focused on designing and delivering custom software solutions for Target Software's corporate clients. By 1999, Joe's demonstrated project management and business skills had earned him the position of Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Joe oversaw Target Software's profitable custom business software division while the rest of the company began to focus on the pharmaceutical industry. The profits generated from this division between 1999 and 2002 provided critical early funding for the development of Target Mobile.

In his current role as Director of Strategic Initiatives, Joe is responsible for developing and supporting Target's internal financial systems and executive management tools. He is also serving as a project manager for large scale Target SFA implementations. Finally, Joe is providing a roadmap of the future by overseeing projects to create state-of-the-art XML interfaces between Target SFA and several key pharma service providers.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. He is also a highly experienced skydiver and an amateur musician.






Steve Pena






Education:

Steve graduated Moravian College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, and earned a Masters of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from Lehigh University.


Controller

Steven G. Pena joined Target Software in 2004 as the company's Controller. His career began in 1995 at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, where he worked as a financial specialist, focusing on financial analysis, business area controllership, and corporate consolidations. In 2001, Steve accepted the position of Assistant Controller with a global B2B software company based in England, where he performed forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities. He also managed that company's financial systems integration and accounting close process.

At Target Software, Steve's responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis, managing the accounting close process, implementing internal controls, performing corporate consolidations, and overseeing internal and external audits. Steve also manages budgeting, forecasting, investment management, financial and HR system design activities for Target Software and other U.S.-based Cegedim subsidiaries.
